Wind turbines and electric motors, two technologies that drive our energy efficient future are reliant on two critical rare earth elements, neodymium and dysprosium. Currently, China controls over 90% of the world’s supply of neodymium and dysprosium and restricts the exports of these two vital elements. The shortage of these elements in the U.S. has inhibited the creation and implementation of more efficient, next-generation clean-energy technologies. 

Using a proprietary process, REEcycle extracts these rare earth elements from electronic devices that have reached the end of their useful life. Thereby, creating supply from right within the United States.
